Ecosystem · Food & Beverage
The software ecosystem for restaurants that centralizes ERP, point of sale, purchasing, BI, loyalty, delivery and invoicing on a single platform.
With native integration to SAP Business One, DOT connects every process in your restaurant or F&B chain —from purchasing to electronic invoicing— eliminating double data entry and giving you real-time visibility end to end.
The problem isn't your team. It's that your systems speak different languages.
Real-time integration
Restaurants and chains already running the ecosystem
The ecosystem
SAP Business One at the center as ERP and accounting; around it, every piece of the operation natively connected. Every line is a native integration: data flows on its own between the pieces, with no re-typing.
Sales, tables and orders in real time. Works even without internet.
Purchasing, inventory and production under full control. Suggests what and how much to order, automatically.
Your business live, from anywhere. F&B KPIs ready instantly.
Build loyalty, sell and deliver, all under your brand. No middleman commission.
Advance orders and table management without lines. Service from the customer's phone.
Every delivery aggregator, straight to the kitchen. Automatic printing, no extra tablets.
Electronic receipts and invoices that never fail. Automatically SII-compliant.
The pieces
SAP Business One — Live per-location balance sheet and P&L, multi-tax-ID accounting, cash flow and bank/payment reconciliation, no parallel spreadsheets.
TCPOS — Sales, tables, orders, KDS, self-service kiosk and payment methods. Works offline with no in-store server: if the internet goes down, your register keeps charging.
Smart Order — Cross-references SAP's historical purchases with TCPOS's real sales to suggest what and how much to order. Live production, recipes and costs: real margin, not estimated.
BiPyxis — TCPOS sales, Smart Order purchasing and SAP accounting on one reconciled dashboard. F&B KPIs ready to go: food cost, average ticket, dish mix.
AyHungry — Digitizes service and reservations: advance orders, table management, service from the customer's phone, and sentiment analysis for every visit.
Loyalty — Loyalty natively integrated into TCPOS, your own e-commerce channel and last-mile delivery connected to aggregators, with no middleman commission.
ChefCloud — Rappi, PedidosYa, Uber Eats and more all land on the same TCPOS and the same order ticket. Zero extra tablets, auto-acceptance and automatic kitchen printing.
DTE Invoicing — Issues all your tax documents online, natively integrated with SAP and TCPOS. Keeps invoicing even without internet, and automatically complies with the SII.
Why DOT
Anyone can sell you a POS. Few can sell you an ERP. Nobody else delivers the whole stack pre-integrated, maintained and supported — with our own software factory and a team on kitchen hours.
We build 75% of our products ourselves: a roadmap that responds to your business, native integrations and continuous improvements.
The problem doesn't show up at 10 AM on a Tuesday: it shows up Friday at 10:30 PM with the place packed. We're there all 7 days.
We understand food cost, waste, kitchens, aggregators and the SII — real advice based on hundreds of implementations.
It depends on the size of the operation, and that is worth settling before comparing products. For an independent restaurant, a checkout POS with electronic receipts handles the day to day. For chains, hotels and operations with a kitchen and purchasing, the criterion changes: what hurts is not taking payment, it is waste, the real cost per dish, and the gap between what was sold and what was bought. That requires the point of sale, kitchen orders, purchasing and inventory to be the same system rather than four that sync overnight. DOT Solutions implements TCPOS, Smart Order, ChefCloud and AyHungry to cover that full flow — dining room, kitchen, delivery, purchasing and inventory — running on their own or integrated with whatever ERP the company already has.
No. DOT Solutions' hospitality ecosystem runs on its own: point of sale, kitchen orders, delivery, purchasing, inventory and electronic invoicing all work without depending on an ERP. Integration is an optional step that makes sense once the operation grows and accounting, purchasing and consolidation across venues start to weigh more than the register. When that moment comes, it integrates with SAP Business One or with the ERP the company already runs, without changing the point of sale.
Through recipes and theoretical versus actual consumption. The system deducts each sold dish's ingredients from inventory according to its recipe, and that theoretical figure is compared against what actually left the storeroom; the gap is waste, and it shows up by venue, by shift and by product instead of as one global number at month end. With purchasing in the same system, dish cost recalculates automatically when an ingredient price changes, so real margin stops depending on a spreadsheet someone updates when they can.
Yes. Delivery aggregator orders enter the venue's own order and invoicing flow: the order reaches the kitchen directly and is invoiced without anyone retyping it from a separate tablet. That removes typing errors, avoids a parallel register per channel, and consolidates delivery sales alongside dining-room sales in the same close.
