The problem isn't your operation

It's that your technology doesn't talk to itself

Five different systems, five sources of data. You're left in the middle reconciling spreadsheets, matching inventories and translating between providers that don't know each other — every single day.

01 · Costs

Uncontrolled waste and purchasing that eats your margin.

Purchasing × ERP

02 · Operation

The POS doesn't talk to the kitchen, accounting or delivery.

POS × ERP × Delivery

03 · Data

Flying blind on spreadsheets that arrive late and never add up.

BI × Accounting × POS

04 · Customers

You don't know who your customers are or how to bring them back.

CRM × POS

05 · Delivery

Five apps, five tablets, five different prices and plenty of chaos.

Delivery × POS

06 · Support

It's Friday 10 PM, something breaks — and nobody answers the phone.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best restaurant software in Chile?

It depends on the size of the operation, and that is worth settling before comparing products. For an independent restaurant, a checkout POS with electronic receipts handles the day to day. For chains, hotels and operations with a kitchen and purchasing, the criterion changes: what hurts is not taking payment, it is waste, the real cost per dish, and the gap between what was sold and what was bought. That requires the point of sale, kitchen orders, purchasing and inventory to be the same system rather than four that sync overnight. DOT Solutions implements TCPOS, Smart Order, ChefCloud and AyHungry to cover that full flow — dining room, kitchen, delivery, purchasing and inventory — running on their own or integrated with whatever ERP the company already has.

Do I need an ERP to use the restaurant point of sale?

No. DOT Solutions' hospitality ecosystem runs on its own: point of sale, kitchen orders, delivery, purchasing, inventory and electronic invoicing all work without depending on an ERP. Integration is an optional step that makes sense once the operation grows and accounting, purchasing and consolidation across venues start to weigh more than the register. When that moment comes, it integrates with SAP Business One or with the ERP the company already runs, without changing the point of sale.

How do I control waste and the real cost of each dish?

Through recipes and theoretical versus actual consumption. The system deducts each sold dish's ingredients from inventory according to its recipe, and that theoretical figure is compared against what actually left the storeroom; the gap is waste, and it shows up by venue, by shift and by product instead of as one global number at month end. With purchasing in the same system, dish cost recalculates automatically when an ingredient price changes, so real margin stops depending on a spreadsheet someone updates when they can.

Does it integrate with delivery aggregators?

Yes. Delivery aggregator orders enter the venue's own order and invoicing flow: the order reaches the kitchen directly and is invoiced without anyone retyping it from a separate tablet. That removes typing errors, avoids a parallel register per channel, and consolidates delivery sales alongside dining-room sales in the same close.
